The Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966

The Veterinary Surgeons Act was passed in 1966 to protect the welfare of animals and it is illegal for anyone other than the owner to treat an animal without permission from the animal's veterinary surgeon.

Full consent is required from your veterinary surgeon prior to treatment and I will work closely with your vet to ensure optimum care of your horse.

Following treatment a full report is provided to your veterinary surgeon.
