About me

In 2008 I decided to embark on a career change and in 2009 I qualified with an ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage (human) from Newbury College.

I have always had a passion for horses, riding since I was 10 years of age, so embarked upon an ITEC Diploma in Equine Sports Massage, under the renowned Mary Bromiley FCSP, SRP, RPT (USA) and completed this in 2010.

Since then I have been building both sides of the business, both human and equine and left my full time role in HR in December 2010, after 16 years, to fully concentrate on massage.

In 2011 I attended two training courses in Deep Tissue Techniques and Soft Tissue Release. Both courses taught me how to work deeper into the muscle, but still being comfortable for you and giving better results.

It gives me the greatest satisfaction when a client comes back and says how much better they have been feeling.

I am a full member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) and fully insured through Holistic Insurance Services.

Who is CThA?

CThA (Complementary Therapist Association) is a leading professional organisation representing complementary therapists in the UK and Ireland. They keep me up-to-date with any changes in law relevant to me, offer training courses and a place to network with other therapists.

As a member I must complete hours of continual training and development. This keeps me in touch with new techniques and styles of massage, giving you the client a better treatment.
